GUADALUPE

On December 12 of each year, the Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, marking the day when, in 1531, the Blessed Mother appeared in Mexico to a 57-year old peasant named Juan Diego.

AGLOW IN GUADALUPE

“This was a trip of a lifetime for me and my husband Tony. Our Lady definitely called us to come and experience her Love and to bear witness to great Devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe. We had a very moving Mass in the Basilica where we saw thousands of families coming to Mass and bringing flowers beyond their income. The children were carried in for Baptisms in the middle of the Masses high were every hour all day long. We had our own Chapel above the main Cente of the Church where we could all focus on the Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Our Spiritual director , Fr Simon Firth, was inspirational.

We didn’t know it at that time, but we were to experience something life changing and life enhancing. Aglow organised everything smoothly and also organised our Tour Guide for the four days. It was both challenging and interesting. Our group was fantastic and made it worthwhile.
Two more priests joined us , Fr Phillip and Fr Mark, making it a blessed trip. We prayed, laughed and cried and sang our hearts out. A good rest in Cancun and Mass daily in our all inclusive Hotel.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Johnny . - Cath Pearson”
